The international Hong-Kong based retail chain of personal cares stores and pharmacies with over 7200 doors across Asia and Europe, opens in Vietnam in one of the country's most premium locations (i.e. Bitexco Tower - Maps).
The company is aiming at expanding up to 3 stores at year-1, 50 within the following 5 years and will capitalise on its fresh look and exciting shopping experience (O+O, online and offline) to attract the Vietnamese young and growing middle class.
According to Nikkei Asian Review and Vietnam industry association:
Vietnam's beauty, health and personal care market has grown at a compound annual rate of almost 30% over the past 5 years, with foreign brands accounting for more than 90% of the sales.
Vietnameses spent $6 billion on imported cosmetics and beauty products in 2018.
